The first generation is my parents. They are the ones who started our business and make it grow. The children usually are the second generation in the business. Basically the business is handed down to the children. Second generations are crucial because they make or break the business created by the first generation. Why? If they are good then they will be able to preserve the business. I am always looking forward to widen our industry just like any other big companies today. Nothing is impossible if you work hard and so if you have enough resources. I also do some research how small starters reach to big success. And of them is through networking.
Networking is one of the leading business strategies at this present time. In this kind of strategy as long as you have the capability of persuading others and in the long run your efforts will be paid off. But before that you need to have a speaker that is very natural, convincing and confident. The speaker has the charisma to gather strangers in a room and work with each one’s diversity. The speaker can engage with face to face communication. There is this speaker that is very good in handling seminars and conferences about socialization to market. She is very talented in talks about social networking. Her audiences are different types of people that want to learn about ways to gather strangers for building up their trades. And some of her audiences were also the big companies today. I might be getting some of her methods for my business to grow. Once I will be able to develop her techniques then I might also be a good speaker and talk about my business for it to develop.
